The On-Demand Examination System (ODES) is an innovative and flexible scheme designed to provide greater convenience and freedom to students. Unlike traditional examinations conducted at fixed intervals, this system allows students to appear in examinations according to their own preparation and readiness.
A student already registered with HSOBS for a programme offered by the Board has the option to appear in the On-Demand Examination. However, the student must have completed the minimum eligibility time and must have a valid registration period.
Eligible students may appear in the examination through ODES as per their convenience and preparation, subject to the availability of seats at the On-Demand Examination centre and the availability of the question bank for the respective course.
Registration for the On-Demand Examination can be done only through the official HSOBS website. Students can complete the registration process online by submitting the required details and paying the prescribed examination fee.
If the examination fee is paid using a Credit Card or other online payment methods, the Hall Ticket is generated instantly and the student can download and print it immediately.
Alternatively, the registration fee may be paid through a Bank Draft in favour of HSOBS. In such cases, an acknowledgement receipt is generated immediately. The student must submit the original bank draft along with the acknowledgement receipt at the concerned Regional Centre.
Once the bank draft is received at the Regional Centre, the registration for the On-Demand Examination is confirmed and the student receives an automatic notification in their student account, which can be accessed using the registration number provided during online registration.
