To eliminate barriers to secondary and senior secondary education for disadvantaged sections of society and to ensure that every learner has equitable access to quality education, regardless of social, economic, or geographical constraints.
Haryana State Open Board of Schooling, Sohna (Haryana) aims to expand educational opportunities by establishing schools across the state and providing free secondary and senior secondary education to disadvantaged groups, including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, socially and educationally backward classes, and other weaker sections as specified by the Government.
The Board seeks to support learners who are unable to pursue education through conventional schooling due to social, cultural, economic, or geographical challenges, enabling them to achieve recognized academic qualifications and improve their future prospects.
