To provide a supportive teaching and learning environment that promotes dignity, self-development, and social responsibility, with flexible study options in terms of place, pace, and duration.
To establish schools, academic centers, study centers, competitive training institutes, and language institutes to expand access to education across the state.
To identify the educational needs of individuals who are not served by the formal school system and to establish appropriate study and academic centers to address these needs.
